At Midwest IDC, our staff offers professional training beginning at any level. We will work with you to set your career goals and create an educational plan that works for you.
We use a combination of online, in-water, and classroom based educational instruction to ensure that you have the tools and foundations you need to become a great instructor. Only when I firmly believe that you have a mastery of the skills and materials needed to be a good instructor do I tell you that you are ready to sit for the PADI Instructor Examination (IE). The ability to pass an IE is a by-product of my training. In the past 10 years that I have been conducting IDCs, the candidates that I send to the IE have all passed and went on to become Instructors. I've also never had to stop someone who was willing to work to get there. There have been some who have quit the program on their own for various reasons, but I have never forced anyone out. If you make a commitment to my program, you will become a great instructor and along the way, you will happen to pass a PADI IE.
